1.How much does it cost to set up an FloristCircle.com online store?
It’s absolutely free to set up your online flower shop at FloristCircle.com
2.Can you use custom company labels/names instead of the generic FloristCircle.com logo?
Flowers sent via FloristCircle.com would all bear the FloristCircle.com Sdn Bhd logos, addresses, and company details. These is part of the Terms and Agreements as you are a reseller for FloristCircle.com.
3.What if I don't want an online store? I just want some flowers arranged and sent to me and I'll do the rest.
An online store is created as default. We however can deliver flowers to you.
4.Can I use my own domain name and customize/host the store on my own website or server?
Currently, this option is not yet available. We plan to make this available soon in FloristCircle.com.
5.How do I earn money?
Every flower or gift sold on your online store will entitle you to a commission for items sold at recommended rates. If you set mark ups, then the profits from the difference is your payment.

7.What about delivery locations and additional charges?
Currently FloristCircle.com only covers Malaysia. Certain remote areas may require additional charges. These charges are charged to your customers.
8.Is there a minimum order size?
There are no minimum order size, unless you count 1 as "minimum".
9.Who processes the orders from my online store?
The orders will be processed by FloristCircle.com’s team. We will arrange, deliver, receive payment and provide customer service.
10.I have a question that wasn't answered here, can you help? Is there a phone number I can call?

11.How do I qualify for a FloristCircle Online store?
You must be a Malaysian citizen. Above 18 years of age. That is all that is required, our customer service will walk you through the registration process.
12.How do I get paid?
Once you have registered with us, our Customer Service Centre will contact you for your bank account details. We will remit the money to your account once you are an active seller on FloristCircle.com.
